Warranty Guidelines
- This warranty applies only within India.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship flaws.
- Warranty does not cover accessories and consumables (e.g., chargers, batteries, cables, pop filters, desk mounts).
- Services include repair or replacement at Kreo's discretion.
- Warranty claims must be submitted with video or photo proof of the issue.
- Warranty is not applicable to the Complimentary/Freebie product included with the order.
Claim Process
- File a claim via the Contact Us page or WhatsApp.
- If the issue is confirmed, Kreo will arrange for a pickup.
- If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may need to self-ship the product.
If Replacement Stock is Unavailable
- Equivalent Product Replacement: A product of the same or equivalent value may be offered as a replacement, subject to customer consent.
- Upgrade Option: You may upgrade to a higher variant by paying the price difference. The warranty period will remain the same as the original product's purchase date.
- Pro-Rata Refund: A partial refund may be provided based on the duration of product usage.
Repair Process and Conditions
If your product is repaired, we may not be able to share detailed technical information about the exact cause of the issue or the internal repair process. However, please be assured that our team thoroughly checks and repairs the product to ensure it is working properly before it is returned to you.
Warranty Exclusions
- Physical damage, cracks, or dents.
- Repairs by unauthorized persons.
- Damage due to spills, extreme temperatures, moisture, voltage fluctuations.
- Use of non-approved accessories or chargers.
- We recommend using your laptop/PC for charging or any charger with 5V/2A at max.
Wrong Product Claim & Missing Parts Claim
To ensure fair and transparent resolution of product-related claims, we require customers to follow the guidelines below when reporting wrong, damaged, or missing items purchased from our website.
1. Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers must record a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is shown until the product is fully unboxed. The video should capture:
- The outer package with visible shipping label.
- The unsealing process (no cuts or edits).
- The product and all included parts as received.
2. Purpose
The video serves as proof of condition and contents at the time of delivery. Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted to prevent fraudulent or incomplete claims.
3. Claim Submission
If a wrong, missing, or damaged item is found:
- Contact Kreo Support within 48 hours of delivery.
- Submit the unboxing video and a brief description of the issue.
4. Verification and Resolution
The Kreo team will review the video and verify the claim. Upon validation, Kreo will issue a replacement, missing part shipment, or appropriate resolution based on company policy.
5. Exceptions
Claims made after 48 hours or without valid proof will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Ensure that your product falls under the specified warranty for that particular item.
